Created in a state of high-emotion and frenzy, Arlene channelled all her angry female energy into this artwork. Completed in one long evening, at the end she was exhausted but also felt a strong sense of release, validation, and calm. She can't recall why she felt so chaotic, but the emotion comes through so powerfully in this piece and it doesn't shy away from disorder.
The colours were chosen erratically and almost with conscious thought but I remember feeling heavily drawn to strong and bright colours like effervescent pinks and black.

Made to order in Sydney the prints are produced in a small artisan studio where quality and production are the number one priority, with each print being hand-checked and approved before dispatch.
